Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall coordination in handling and managing transport operations.
∎ Developing different policies related to transport department.
∎ Ensuring proper recruitment of Driver, selection and placement as per requirement and fill up the gaps within time limit.
∎ Responsible for Planning & arrangement of all types of vehicles based on regular route plan, and maintain proper vehicle schedule.
∎ Taking pro-active initiative for proper maintenance, repairing and servicing of all vehicles of the company on time.
∎ Taking proactive actions to ensure that all the vehicle related papers such as insurance, fitness, tax, registration papers are up to date.
∎ Responsible for checking all the fuel bill, maintenance & repair cost, driver allowance, over time and ensuring their accuracy.
∎ Handling critical accident situation at road and take necessary steps to resolve the situation by dealing with law enforcing agencies.
∎ Maintaining liaison with different government office related to transport including local police & law enforcing agencies.
∎ Responsible to provide different types of report related to fuel consumption, repair and maintenance of vehicles, vehicle movement and tracking, accident record for the cost minimization and development of the department.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours as well as in different roster plan.
