Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Automobile, Mechanical
∎ Any reputed public or private university or institution.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Diploma in automobile
∎ Skills Required: Candate have must able to Bangla Typing, Computer skill, Effective email communication, ERP Software handling, logistic management, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Transport Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fleet management, logistic management, Maintenance, Transport Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop, Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the transportation team against the overall target of each specific team member.
∎ Direct all transportation related activities.
∎ Monitoring transportation costs and review the process policies.
∎ Drive cost/loss analysis in the overall transportation and logistics activities and bring cost efficiency.
∎ Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
∎ Purchase new/used vehicles with proper justification. Ensure quality & durability of new/used vehicle purchase & negotiate the price of the newly purchased vehicle.
∎ Monitoring All Repair/Maintenance/Fuel/BRTA/Rental expenses, monitoring all bills of Repair/Maintenance, Fuel Expenses & Rental car.
∎ Transport Executive/Officer's skilled development, giving daily plans to team members, Arrange Weekly & Monthly meetings on Transport related Technical & Non- Technical Problems, Providing proper guidance with solutions.
∎ Arrange monthly transportation budget variance meeting with the leadership team analyzing item wise the cost part.
∎ BRTA, Police Case, Accidental Case follow up, actively follow up the issues related with BRTA, Police case, Accidental Case & solve the issues if any major problem arises.
∎ Arrange training program for the drivers in terms of skill development. Providing training on safe driving, traffic rules & regulations, cleanliness & quality maintenance, company policy. Monthly meeting with drivers & tray to solve the major issues.
∎ Review the transportation policies and SOPs for the group and establish standard operations across the group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Transportation Operation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, People management, BRTA & police case handling issues etc.
Salary: Negotiable
