Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee the overall transport operations, including fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and driver supervision.
∎ Develop and implement transport policies to ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Day-to-day update all documents including Tax Token, Registration, Insurance, and Fitness Certificate.
∎ Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely transportation services for patient’s service, top management, senior officials, and company pool service.
∎ Should be checked fuel bill and observe the overall expenditure of vehicle and ensure nothing pilferage in done in the servicing and fuel bill.
∎ Address and resolve transport-related issues, including vehicle breakdowns, traffic incidents, and route optimization.
∎ Supervise the transport team, including drivers, technician, and support staff, to maintain high performance and discipline.
∎ Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, vehicle suppliers, and maintenance service providers.
∎ Maintain liaison and negotiating with necessary Govt. offices & officials as like as BRTA, Roads & Highways, local police station etc.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly reports and present findings to top management.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
