Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Social Science, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ or any relevant subject.
∎ Professional training relevant to HR Training.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development, Training Coordination, Training need analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training needs, develop training modules and implement training programs.
∎ Prepare realistic training plans (annual, quarterly, and monthly) both for CHO and factories.
∎ Organize, conduct and facilitate training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
∎ conduct training follow-up and assess the transfer of learning at the workplace.
∎ Review and update existing training modules as and when require consulting with concerned supervisor and department.
∎ Provide necessary cooperation and assistance to factory management in keeping the facilities always complaint in respect of training & development.
∎ Ensure quick response to meet any emergency issues or situation of the business and required by buyers.
∎ Prepare trainers pool at the factory level and provide the necessary guidance and technical support in conducting various training for workers.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and control of all the activities relevant to training and development.
∎ Procedure quality progress report of all training and other relevant activities relevant activities and keep records and evidence as ready reference for inspection.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Must have knowledge in Labour law & compliance.
∎ Design and develop training modules.
∎ Arrange & conduct training sessions.
∎ Conduct training follow-up and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
∎ Make a pool of trainers for factories through TOT.
∎ Energetic and creative in nature.
∎ Possess good appearance and sound health.
∎ Nice interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
∎ Able to work in diversified and stressful situations.

Salary: Negotiable
