∎ Diploma in Civil in (BSc in Civil Engineering is Preferable)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study tender documents including drawings, project specification, BOQ, scope of work, contract details, conditions and prepare tender study report analysing the scope of work.
∎ Prepare and send out RFQ to the vendors/ subcontractors to get competitive quotations in line with scope of work, tender BOQ and quantities take off.
∎ Analise direct and indirect cost resources required to execute various activities including man-hour calculations.
∎ Participate in pre- tender meetings, site visits and prepare site visit report to analyse the project scope of work.
∎ Analyse vendor technical and commercial offers in view of project specifications & standards and prepare vendors' cost comparative study report.
∎ Advise the best quotation on the basis of the technical proposals submitted, compliance to scope of work and delivery period of long lead items.
∎ Collect all vendors' technical data sheets, vendor's specification, drawings and compile in line with tender documents to prepare technical bid submission.
∎ Prepare the overall project estimation in line with the formulated BOQ and direct/indirect cost analysis
∎ Liaise with construction / operations team to establish execution / method statements and reflect the same in estimation.
∎ Prepare required bid documents including commercial and technical documents to submit and submit the tender through e-GP.
∎ Assist the management for post tender commercial negotiations with client and vendors as well to reach competitive pricing.
∎ Plan & schedule all the running projects and monitor the implementation/ management
∎ Prepare & manage the bills of contractors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of project estimation and tender submission through eGP
∎ The applicants should have enough technical knowledge
∎ Sound Judgement and Excellent IT skill
∎ High attention to details, ability to analyze information
∎ Superior written and verbal communication
∎ Ability to work independently and as a Team
∎ Strong leadership skill, capability to work under pressure
∎ Energy, creativity, flexibility, adaptability, sincerity and honesty
∎
