BOQ, Costing, Infrastructure Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Absorb specification & description of works.
∎ Record & Maintain present market product rate.
∎ Prepare cost analysis ( based on schedule)
∎ Liaison with other procurement agencies.
∎ Prepare the financial part & technical part of the tender work.
∎ Prepare program as per tender requirement in MS program software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years (B. Sc) or 7 years (Diploma) relevant experience in infrastructure development Organization.
∎ Convergent with oral & written communication in English.
∎ Will have challenging & aggressive attitude.
∎ Able to analyze project engineering schedule.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
