Job Context:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring the company or corporation delivers the highest level of customer service possible. Supervises team, trains, coaches and mentors employees.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational telesales goals and revenues.
∎ Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Coordinate sales action plans for individual sales people.
∎ Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
∎ Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team.
∎ Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.
∎ Plan and direct sales team training.
∎ Developing and implementing sales plans and conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
∎ Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information.
∎ Ensure the telesales team complies with company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
∎ Positive mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous working experience as a Telesales Team-leader will get preference.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Ability to write and present reports.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 70000 (Monthly)
