Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement supply chain strategies and plans to ensure the timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
∎ Forecast demand and inventory levels based on market trends, historical data, and sales forecasts.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities and optimize operations.
∎ Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
∎ Conduct regular supplier evaluations, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with suppliers to maintain quality, cost, and delivery standards.
∎ Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as disruptions in the production process or changes in regulatory requirements.
∎ Review and analyze demand to formulate strategies to balance demand and supply with proper utilization of working capital.
∎ Organize LC at sight, deferred LC, UPAS LC, T/T sending formalities as guided by FAD and all kinds of banking functions and documentation.
∎ Monitor and follow up with Port Customs and Freight Forwarder and C&F agents to ensure cost-effective operation.
∎ Oversee demand planning, MPS ensuring OTIF, MRP, NRA, RFQ process and CS negotiation.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Continuously improve supply chain processes and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a managerial role.
∎ Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
∎ Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
