Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define supply strategy for the division (Pharma) based on given forecast.
∎ Plan and make projection of inventory flow and manage inventory necessary to fulfill logical quantity sales forecasts within agreed inventory targets across supply chain. Verify forecast monthly basis.
∎ Leverage processes, ERP tools, and professional supply planning techniques to achieve goals on KPIs, including order fulfillment rates, inventory turns, forecast accuracy and production schedule adherence.
∎ Monitor production schedules, and finished goods inventory levels to improve fulfillment of day of coverage to ensure customer satisfaction and enable a quick and flexible response to logical changes in either supply or demand.
∎ Support finance team or internal auditors for stock counts and on time write off or write in of stocks.
∎ Reflect demands in the order and production plans and on time supply of FDF for sales as per predefined schedule from distribution partners.
∎ Monitor and proactively manage supply chain constraints such as lead times, sourcing strategies, capacity, minimums, and transportation. Understand and communicate the limits of the supply chain when impacts to demand fulfillments cannot be mitigated.
∎ Trigger investment planning based data to higher management.
∎ Contribute for and participate in the S&OP cycle meetings and particularly supply planning section of the cycle.
∎ Support top management about unusual if any situation in the supply and demand operation. Review status of rejected, returned and near expiry goods.
∎ Provide analysis and insight of inventory and supply plan variances, conduct root cause analysis for out of stock or low stock items, and challenge production/deployment plans as applicable. Request need of changing shipment modes (re-routing), expediting or delaying issued purchase orders.
∎ Develop a collaborative and consensus environment by establishing and maintaining supportive relationships with cross functional teams; Purchasing, Sourcing, Quality, Finance and Sales to ensure effective communication of strategic and tactical issues.
∎ Contribute to continuous improvements in process consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across the supply chain network by evolving existing processes or establishing new processes to meet business needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven expertise in SCM function in supply side (demand planning and inventory control would be considered added capability).
∎ Capability of manage bigger team applying leadership standards.
∎ Hands on knowledge about the supply chain practices.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Good command in English and good communication skills.
∎ Excellent physical condition and stamina.
