∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from any public/ reputed private Universities. Candidates having study background in Supply Chain Management will get preference.
∎ NB: Educational qualification will be relaxed to the highly experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Minimum 10 years experience in the field of Local purchase
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and executing Procurement activities of Local Machineries & Spares etc.
∎ Sourcing for new vendor/suppliers from time to time.
∎ Ensure on time delivery of the machineries/spare parts as required by the mill authority.
∎ Cost Variance analysis.
∎ Manage integrated Process among operations, Procurement, finance, logistics and others to ensure effective supply chain functions.
∎ Materials requisition (schedule) preparation.
∎ Comparative statement preparation.
∎ Purchase order/work order preparation.
∎ Purchase bill prepare and checking for payment.
∎ Vendor /supplier list preparation.
∎ To prepare various kinds of statement as per requirements of the management.
∎ Monthly purchase statement preparation.
∎ Internal communications with factory, finance, HR, QA and others department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 47 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in the field of purchasing local items related to textile, garments etc.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
