∎ To work with BRB Hospitals family members, we are looking for a professional & qualified Manager-Supply Chain Management, who will be expert in handling all kind of Supply Chain related matters of a Hospital. His responsibilities, but not be limited to be mentioned as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and Coordinate appropriate strategy for the overall activities of the Supply Chain department.
∎ Ensure proper functioning of procurement including foreign & local, contracting process; responsible for ensuring transparency and competitiveness of BRB Hospitals bid analysis and tendering process.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring of sound inventory management system.
∎ Formulating all sorts of procurement contract, agreement, AMC & CMC etc.
∎ Responsible for issuing PO/WO in favor of vendors for goods and services.
∎ Maintain high level of rapport with the Government Authority of concern Department, Local liaison office and Vendors / Suppliers of the Materials.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts and Warehouse department for shipment schedule and fund management activities to ensure flawless commercial Operations.
∎ Responsible of preparing and opening L/C for Imported Machineries/ Accessories from abroad.
∎ Monitoring market price of Materials and updating market intelligence.
∎ Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the Management.
∎ Establishing solid base of suppliers, vendors & service providers for supplies, spares, consumables, commercial & logistics service providers.
∎ Develop purchasing strategy/policy & supervise the team of Supply Chain department.
∎ Any others responsibilities to be assigned time to time by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having working experience in Corporate Level Hospital will get preference;
∎ Must have computer literacy having reasonable typing speed in Bengali and English;
∎ Strong Leadership & Communication Skills;
∎ Strong Analytical Ability.
