∎ Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of customs regulations and compliance requirements related to bonded goods and international trade.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain management software. Strong knowledge of bonded warehouse operations and back-to-back LCs.
∎ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bond Management: Handle all activities related to bonded warehouses, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
∎ Back-to-Back LC Handling: Manage the complete lifecycle of back-to-back LCs, including opening, negotiation, and settlement processes.
∎ Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all SCM activities comply with local and international regulations, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce costs.
∎ Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Logistics Oversight: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods.
∎ Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve SCM processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various departments including production, finance, and sales to align SCM activities with overall business objectives.
