Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation from any reputed university.
∎ Certification from any foreign institute will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading, monitoring and guiding the Commercial Workforce, for Obtaining Company's Objectives/goals.
∎ Undertaking a strategic review of the Logistics function and recommend best way.
∎ Organize, mobilize and oversee all procurement of the company as per company procurement policy.
∎ Lead the entire Logistics, Warehousing and the Inventory Management team of the company and controlling of all warehouses
∎ Designing & developing Strategic Business Plan in respect of Efficiency & Responsiveness spectrum.
∎ Managing the operations & production planning.
∎ Strengthening SnOP governance process and demand planning redesign and execution
∎ Strategic Support to operations & production team for annual & mid-term planning.
∎ Raw materials supply chain capacity review & requirement planning.
∎ Material budgeting, souring maintain OTIF.
∎ Tracking operational project and reporting.
∎ Support people agendas of the function.
∎ Directly manage assigned Supply Chain staff ensuring day-to-day supply chain tasks are completed successfully and compliance standards are met. Discuss job expectations, set objectives and provide appropriate and timely feedback regarding performance, including timely implementation of the Mid-Year and annual performance management system for all direct-report Supply Chain staff.
∎ Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit and providing oversight and guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions.
∎ Lead with commitment, integrity and accountability to the "IRC Way - Global Standards for Professional Conduct".
∎ Develop/maintain the orientation material for Supply Chain department. Provide orientation to all new staff ensuring full understanding of roles, responsibilities and compliance issues.
∎ As part of succession plan and nationalization goals, identify, train and develop capability and capacity of a national staff to successfully transition role and responsibilities, by end of assignment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistic, Export/ Import through L/C
∎ Hand-on work experience in corporate houses, preferably in Garments buying house/Multinational company/Direct Brand office.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Italian/Spanish Language

Salary: Negotiable
