∎ Excellent communication skills both in written and oral media.
∎ Experience in operating Office applications.
∎ Experience in operating with ERP.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Has to be a team player.
∎ Need to have abilities to lead teams.
∎ Good negotiating skills.
∎ Prompt responsiveness.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintains working knowledge of end to end supply chain components including forecasting, inventory management, promotional planning, basic department management, master data management, item lifecycle and disposition, seasonal planning, store ordering and operations, supplier planning and order fulfillment.
∎ Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
∎ Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
∎ Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
∎ Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
∎ Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
∎ Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
∎ Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
