Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the SCM team to maintain optimum stock as per company policy and ensure stock availability as per demand.
∎ Lead S&OP meeting and coordinate with sales/marketing/production/finance to finalize demand planning/monthly operating plan/budget.
∎ Review capacity and resources of production and prepare production planning/production scheduling align with production/toll unit based on current and pipeline stock.
∎ Prepare and generate MRP for procurement team based on on current/pipeline stock, supply and order lead time.
∎ Prepare and co-ordinate with distribution to ensure stock availability in desired location/depot. Ensure FG planning depot wise to ensure stock availability as per monthly operating plan/demand planning.
∎ Ensure safety stock of RMPMFG at each location through monitoring stock movement/trend analysis/demand planning/production planning,
∎ Regularly monitor buffer penetration, analyze and interpret causes of over stocking and stock out.
∎ Analyze market and industry to understand consumer insight and prepare necessary report to better understanding of trend of product and suggest sales/marketing to bring necessary adjustment in forecast/strategy.
