Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in any discipline with very good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university.
∎ Masters with diploma in SCM will be given preference.
∎ Education qualification will be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
7 years experience in similar position
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement a supply chain infrastructure to manage effects of demand variability.
∎ Lead the team for effective management of Logistics operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
∎ Develop a high effective, efficient and cross functional design process.
∎ Ensures continuity of supply and optimal Product flow to support high volume Export operations.
∎ Sourcing of required accessories (Both Local and International) and analysis of cost Variance.
∎ Ensure Maximum profitability of the organization through optimum utilization of resources, just in time delivery of product and materials and maintaining Economic order Qty. (EOQ).
∎ Manage integrated Process among operations, Procurement, finance, logistics and others to ensure effective supply chain functions.
∎ Ensure Cost control through effective Inventory Management.
∎ Ensure Proper management of identifying & Segregation of damaged/expired/rejected/redundant/non-moving or unusable stock and managing their disposal in time as per company policy.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years in a 100% export oriented Accessories manufacturing industry.
∎ Sound knowledge on different types of accessories requires in Garments/Textile Industries.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur.
