∎ Skills Required: Supply Chain Planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Demand Planning, Factory HR Administration, Planning and monitoring, Project Planning, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Task Scheduling.
∎ Demand Analysis.
∎ Ensuring Production as per BOM.
∎ MRP.
∎ EOQ calculation considering safety stock.
∎ Capacity Requirement Planning.
∎ Total Production Maintenance.
∎ SMV & Process Analysis.
∎ Master Production Scheduling.
∎ Line Balancing & Daily Achievement Analysis.
∎ Inventory Management, Breakdown analysis, wastage analysis, Resource utilization.
∎ Lean systems implementation.
∎ another job as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Pivot Table, and in any accounting ERP software

∎ Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure
∎ Must have practical experience in a manufacturing organization
∎ Hands-on experience in preparing Planning SOP and policies to meet Company's requirements.
∎ Control manufacturing and delivery processes
∎ Plan and implement production strategy, ensuring targets are met
∎ Oversee raw material storage, handling, over and under stock
∎ Work on forecasts and inventories, keep an accurate record of the process, and analyzing performance
∎ Ensure you're aware of exactly what is happening throughout the supply chain
∎ Manage and motivate a team of supply chain staff
∎ Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
∎ Manage and minimize the risks that could affect or interrupt the supply chain
∎ TPM knowledge will add value.
∎ Will report to Head office to Head of SCM
