∎ Shahriar Steel Mills Ltd. invites application from competent & potential talents for the position of "Manager – Store ". This position will play an active role in workplace. To meet the requirement of our demand, we need to fill up following vacancy immediately.
∎ Job Location: Head Office & Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining & follow up of Stock Register.
∎ To ensure all goods supply to the factory according to consumption.
∎ Maintaining of Stock Register all Local Trims, Accessories, Stationary, Printing Etc.
∎ To ensure maintain all store area safety and hygienic.
∎ To ensure all inventory safety.
∎ To ensure maintain all stock register.
∎ Maintaining of Stock Register all Imported Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment’s.
∎ Prepared of Monthly Stock Statement by Computer and report to Director & Others Related Person’s.
∎ To Face the Annual Inventory with The External & Internal Auditor.
∎ To ensure always communicate with suppliers.
∎ To ensure all remaining goods reports to the management after Delivery.
∎ Maintaining & follow up of L/C, Shipment Schedule.
∎ Responsible for the overall operations of the company's warehousing aspects & managing / foreseeing all warehouse operations & reports in SAP module.
∎ Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools.
∎ Monitor all procurement requests of facilities, ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory, and maintain records for the same.
∎ Prepare and update all required paperwork on regular basis and ensure accuracy in all inventory records and resolve for issues if any.
∎ Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all inventory transfers between inter units.
∎ Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroom locations.
∎ Monitor work of all inventory control personnel, ensure achievement of all objectives, and provide improvements to same if required.
∎ Ensure that every material procured whether local or imports are quality certified by the respective user and thereafter-inward document is prepared.
∎ Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory every month end and resolve for inaccuracies if any & reporting to the concerned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to ensure problem & issues.
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills.
