∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export Import Through LC, Stock Inventory Control, Stock Management, Store Management, Store/ inventory, Warehouse Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely issuance of stocks as per approved requisition.
∎ Maintaining & follow up of Stock Register all Imported Oriented Items.
∎ Maintaining of Stock Register all Imported Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment's.
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips ; Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Maintain FIFO & FEFO in the store to ensure inventory accuracy.
∎ Keep Tally/ERP updated for every receipts and issues immediately.
∎ Maintain LC wise database for import consignment/Mechanical items.
∎ Maintaining of all Stock Register by The Bin Card System.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement
∎ Maintain different store location wise inventory and prepare inventory report.
∎ Regular check and update stock ledger & Prepare Gate Pass
∎ Making periodic reports about the stock status and send to related departments.
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for delivery.
∎ Making spare parts/mechanical items uses reports monthly basis and prepare standard Vs actual uses report of spare parts for operation wing wise.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ To Face the Annual Inventory with The External & Internal Auditor.
∎ Any other Store & inventory related task that management requires.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
