Job Context:
∎ Looking For : Manager - Store & Inventory, M/s Raju Auto Rice Mill ( Erfan Group)
∎
∎ Candidates who have experience of leading the Auto Rice Mills store management will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per the procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like a safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch/ proper deliveries.
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Develop and maintain software based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly and yearly statements of store.
∎ Maintain LIFO, FIFO method.
∎ To maintain total By Product Sales.
∎ To check all voucher and requisition daily.
∎ Maintain total store and inventory management.
∎ Responsible for security and cleanliness of the store.
∎ Sourcing & procurement of all materials as per requirements and guideline of the Company
∎ Must have the ability to supervise, monitoring, motivating and inspire team members.
∎ Able to work under pressure & long time and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Modern Store Management Knowledge is required.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system & it's SOP.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department and external suppliers.

Salary: Negotiable
