∎ B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Production (IPE) / Mechanical Engineering from SUST/KUET/RUET/BUET will get preference.
∎ Having a PGD in SCM/PMP/ Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) from International Supply Chain Education Alliance will be an added advantage.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed production and shipment plans based on sales forecasts and confirmed orders.
∎ Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and accessories.
∎ Monitor daily production progress and update relevant stakeholders on deviations or bottlenecks.
∎ Track inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking.
∎ Support capacity planning by analyzing machine, manpower, and space utilization.
∎ Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements using lean or other industrial engineering tools.
∎ Participate in workflow analysis and time-motion studies to enhance productivity.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for order follow-up, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
∎ Assist in evaluating supplier performance and providing feedback for improvement.
∎ Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory, and supply chain KPIs for management review.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, sales, logistics) to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Support team members with guidance and training as required.
