Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Any Professional Certification in Corporate Security field shall add value.
∎ Education in the field of Criminology or any field related to Security shall add value.
∎ Training on Fire & Safely, First Aid would be considered as a good qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Ensure the overall Safety, Security & Protection of the assigned area.
∎ To maintain all types of Safety, Security equipment like CCTV, Smoke Detector, Access Control System, Fire Extinguisher, Metal Detector, Archway, IDS, evacuation plan etc.
∎ To maintain DVR & NVR.
∎ To conduct Physical Security Assessments (PSA).
∎ To carry out different types on internal investigation.
∎ Maintain Relationship with Law Enforcing Agency Like Police, RAB, DB etc.
∎ Visit local police station in case company needs to file GD, FIR and escalate to higher authority as per escalation matrix of Bangladesh Police.
∎ Crowd Management.
∎ Vendor Managment.
∎ Emergency support in case of any types of fire as per ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 standards and guidelines of Fire Service & Civil Defense.
∎ To conduct Fire Drill time to time to ensure all Security Guard and Staffs can response, in case of emergency.
∎ To ensure all SPOs of the organization and Corporate Security Management.
∎ To Train Security Guards in proper way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bote Corporate Professionals and retired officers from Bangladesh Arny/ Navy/ Air Force/ Police are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must by Fluent in Bangla & English. Any third language shall add value.
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 180000 (Monthly)
