Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Construction engineering, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures.
∎ Plan, develop & implement all kinds of civil construction work in align with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of different designs and drawings and be responsible for main coordination with a consultant regarding design portfolio.
∎ Calculate cost and determine the feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering.
∎ To measure (concrete, stone, sand, bricks, formwork, and worker, etc.) the amount of work in advance.
∎ Work monitoring during the construction based on advice from the consultant, Head of the departments, and all relevant authorities.
∎ Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects to the subordinate.
∎ Prepare a finishing detail program for projects in the finishing stage.
∎ To prepare contractor bill as per the quantity of completed job/works as terms and conditions of the work order.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of the project.
∎ To take corrective measures of construction activities, and resolve probable unexpected difficulties and other issues that may arise from time to time.
∎ Prepare monthly or weekly work schedule.
∎ Reportable to the departmental head in respect of projects pre and post-construction works and tasks appropriate measures as necessary with prior approval.
∎ Inform the consultant/clients of any errors, discrepancies or missions contained within the consultant design drawings
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Candidate having experience of working in the construction of the building, 15 to 20 storied residential and commercial projects with 1 to 3 basement floors for any reputed real estate builder will get preference.
∎ Please only apply if you have previous experience i a real estate company.
