Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from a reputed public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) engineering design review, coordination, code input and construction technical support for all company projects.
∎ Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish the technical specification of all types of equipment like water pumps, fire pumps, dewatering pumps, mechanical ventilation, etc.
∎ Review and respond to the designs, drawings, specifications and work schedule submitted by contractors and vendors.
∎ Lead the preparation of detailed estimates, forecasts, and change orders for all plumbing, sanitary & fire items.
∎ Execute and supervise all plumbing & sanitary work and fire-fighting work for all projects in accordance with specifications, cost, and quality.
∎ Monitor the installation, testing & commissioning works of all types of plumbing & sanitary systems, equipment and fire protection & detection systems, etc.
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and assessing them against the project schedule.
∎ Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed on procedures, and method statements
∎ Implementing strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
∎ Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, with the objective of keeping the Project Manager informed about all issues relating to MEP activities and taking necessary action thereof as per the guidance of the Project Manager.
