Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He should have hands-on experience to make effective correspondences with the Customs, BOND, licensing, and related govt. authorities.
∎ To ensure preparing all documents related to licensing renewal and all kinds of excess demand approval on time from the customs authority.
∎ To maintain Communication with the C&F office to complete the import process and collect necessary documents after custom pass.
∎ Responsible for handling import permission for Dyes, Chemical for Textile, AOP, and Chest print facility and able to handle customs audit for Knit Composite Industry.
∎ Oversee all the import & export-related issues of the company and ensure all regulatory formalities relating to import and export in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping lines, C & F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, production, and merchandising department.
∎ Should be adept in handling Bond licensing issues, Custom Auditing, UD, UP, IPO, EPO, Entitlement, license renewal, etc of a large group/Knit Composite Garments & / Textile industry. The incumbent will have to work independently and ensure smooth implementation of all the custom-related jobs independently.
∎ Responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing, and related issues
∎ Adequate knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs & bonded warehouse matter, Custom Audit, Bill of lading & Other shipping documents, Certificate of origin & Undertaking, Bond license, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, Packing list, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, NBR & Other delegates, etc.
∎ Must be updated on the latest Customs & International Trade Laws is essential to be proficient in this position.
∎ Candidates having related experience & expertise in working with 100% export-based Knit Composite company(s) are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in Customs & BOND arena in reputed export-based Knit Composite industry.
∎ Effective Communication and negotiation Skills
∎ Sincere, hard-working & result oriented.
