Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. Engineering from any reputable University with 3 to 5 years' relevant experience/ Diploma Engineering with 5 to 10 years' relevant experience
∎ Skills Required: Analytical skills, Effective Communication, Strong negotiation skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source engineering goods and services
∎ Control and manage all the company's external suppliers with particular emphasis on the purchase of engineering materials and services
∎ Ensure raw materials and parts are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time
∎ Work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company and ensure quality
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs
∎ Maintain a database including all necessary information of the suppliers.
∎ Conduct market survey to find out cost effective and quality material suppliers.
∎ Develop vendor list, agreement terms and negotiate supply agreements
∎ Foster close working relationships with associated departments
∎ Continually improve purchasing methods and drive down external spends
∎ Assess performance of the vendors based on various criteria
∎ Manage supply chain for achievement of targets within specified parameters
∎ Perform any other relevant job as per requirement of the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must be familiar with suppliers, vendors and retailers of construction materials
∎ Must be familiar with market survey process and ability to prepare comparative statements on specific and required materials
∎ Must have good knowledge on delivery and distribution process of procured materials
∎ Must have sound knowledge to handle letter of credits with the banks and suppliers/vendors
∎ Ability to handle difficult situation
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
