Bachelor/honors in any discipline.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain reporting.

Effective communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

·         Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with production plans and business objectives.

·         Ensure timely availability of raw materials, trims, accessories, and other production inputs.

·         Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.

·         Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules.

·         Monitor material requirements, stock levels, and replenishment plans.

·         Ensure accurate inventory records and regular stock reconciliation.

·         Develop long-term supplier relationships and alternative sourcing options. Resolve supply delays, quality issues, and commercial disputes.

·         Follow up on order status, purchase orders, material in-house dates, and production requirements.

·         Prepare supply chain budgets, cost analysis, and performance reports.

·         Monitor KPIs, including material availability, supplier on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and procurement savings.

·         Recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and buyer requirements.

·         Identify supply chain risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.

·         Maintain proper procurement records and documentation for audit purposes.
