Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ MBA (Marketing) / Higher Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The key responsibility is to ensure the Sales and promoting of Steel Buildings and Structures by dealings with potential clients
∎ New inquiry generation and coordination with customers and consultants to fulfill their technical and financial requirements
∎ Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing customers and ensure timely collection of revenue by tracking payment progress and ensure financial clearance for building fabrication and follow up with delivery schedule
∎ Review and analysis of Architectural/Construction Drawings and handling technical meetings and dealing with Customers, Consultants, Architects.
∎ Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service consistent with organizational values and objectives.
∎ Communicate with potential customers and business organizations, develop network to grow business relations, attract corporate and individual customers and participate in sales meetings, conference, seminars, trade promotions etc.
∎ To plan and carry out individual sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales target
∎ Perform other responsibilities as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge about Steel Structure and Pre-Engineered / Pre-Fabricated Building industry
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the targeted business volume and report to management accordingly
∎ Maintain appropriate customer engagement proactively to delegate win-win situation for both stakes
∎ Minimum 10 years experience
Salary: Negotiable
