∎ To work with BRB Hospitals family members, we are looking for a professional & qualified Manager, Safety & Security who will be responsible for functional activities of Safety & Security department of the hospital. His responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Management of all current & upcoming Safety & Security issues;
∎ Management and ensure round the clock Security Services;
∎ Safeguard company’s properties, assets, visitors and business associates;
∎ Ensure safety and security of hospital premises;
∎ Monitor & Ensure fire safety management in the hospital premises;
∎ Operation & Maintenance total fire protection and detection system and ensure all compliance;
∎ To check all fire equipment on regular basis and to take appropriate maintenance measures for those equipment;
∎ Conduct fire drill and arrange regular training on fire safety issue and keep up date training records;
∎ Ensure proper preventive measures of all act of crime, or any losses incurred against/by patient parties; staffs and hospital in order to determine those responsible and proceed with any necessary prosecution/recover of losses;
∎ Follow up and ensure that all reports are completed properly and in a timely manner so that, all matters are duly communicated and necessary actions are taken;
∎ Follow up on hospital's policies, rules, regulations and procedures as well as train Security Officers and Security Guards time to time;
∎ Capable to mitigate issues like accident, transport problem etc;
∎ Able to handle/manage large number of security force and their periodic reference check;
∎ Conducts & develops security measure and intelligence issues;
∎ Able to follow any instruction/order by the Management;
∎ To keep the higher authority informed on any incident that may happen time to time;
∎ Ensure that the goods supplied by the outside parties/purchases by SCM, Central Store Department, Medical Service Department (MSD) of the hospital are entered inside the hospital, store department through proper channel and record of which are also maintained properly in the register of the security department.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experience in Administration, Safety & Security;
∎ Must have working experience in Fire Safety Management.
∎ Commendable communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bengali;
∎ Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
∎ Familiar with MS Office management and Internet Browsing;
∎ Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities are required to perform the security tasks;
∎ Confident to work independently with minimum supervision and ready to work in different shifts irrespective of Duty schedule based on emergency situations;
∎ Should have "Can Do Attitude";
∎ Working experience in hospital Safety & Security will get preference.
∎ Any others responsibilities may be assigned by the Management.
Salary: Negotiable
