∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP
∎ Training/Trade Course: Quantity Surveying
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, Computer skill, Planning, Project Budgeting, Rate analysis, Tender Documents, Tender Preparation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 18 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Manager, Quantity Surveyor who has Project bidding experience of a total of 15 years (minimum) with 10 years minimum in international projects bidding (value $30 million and above and winning 10% of bided projects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project bidding/pricing/estimating/budgeting International/GOB projects of different nature, (Buildings/Bridges/Flyovers/Embankment Earthworks/Water/Sewerage/Drainage etc).
∎ Reviewing construction drawings, preparing quantity requirements.
∎ Reviewing material specifications and fixing prices.
∎ Rate analysis
∎ Planning and Methodology making.
∎ Preparing BOQ's.
∎ Preparing reports, knowing contracts, making budgets, risk assessment, and documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 130000 (Monthly)
