Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PEB Production:
∎ To perform on multi-storied steel structure, metro stations and bridge girders
∎ To operate various equipment related to welder quality test e.g. Ultrasonic
∎ Testing (UT), Radio-graphic Testing (RT), Penetrate Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) etc.
∎ Ensure all inspections and testing are accomplished as per welding inspection as well as NDT as recognized by the AWS - CWI.
∎ Witness for Destructive test (Tensile, Bend, Macro and Impact test) for WPS and Welder qualification.
∎ Prepare and verify WPS, PQR & WQTR, QAP
∎ Responsible for Training and Certification of Welders and take the Welder Qualification Test
∎ To organize Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) (Heating method and temperature recording system)
∎
∎ Tower Production:
∎ To perform on Telecom and Transmission Towers, Steel structures and Sub-station
∎ To handle Inspection (Proto Assembly, Factory Acceptance Test, Post Landing Inspection) and required knowledge about standards to relevant field
∎ To operate various equipment related to material quality test e.g. Universal Testing Machine(UTM), Spectrometer, Rock-well Hardness, Impact Tester etc.
∎ Ensure Quality from Raw material receiving to Finish Goods Delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about (SMAW, SAW, FCAW, MIG) welding processes
∎ Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS Standards, Standard code (AWS D1.1, ASEM)
∎ Good knowledge about Erection Drawing, Shop drawing, Painting, Reporting & Inspection of steel structures
∎ Strong Knowledge on various standards and Standard Operating Procedures
∎ Clear practical knowledge about Testing procedures for mechanical lab with standards
∎ Communication and Problem solving capacity must be required for after sales services (Site related issues).
