Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Metellurgical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to operate various equipment related to welder quality test e.g. Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Penetrate Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) etc.
∎ Ensure all inspections and testing are accomplished as per welding inspection as well as NDT as recognized by the AWS - CWI.
∎ Able to perform on multi-storied steel structure, metro stations and bridge girders
∎ Organize welder's training for SAW, GMAW, FCAW and SMAW etc. processes, and act as a key trainer
∎ Supervise effective implementation of related test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures
∎ Manage all work methods and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions
∎ Other task as necessary
