∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in Welding Inspection & Non Destructive Testing (NDT) credentials, ASNT Level II in Radiography Testing (RT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Visual Testing (VT).
∎ Inspection Test Plan
∎ Welding Procedure (WPS/PQR)
∎ Verify the paint/ raw material/ weld consumable test certificate when new material arrives at factory, compare with batch no and material test certificate.
∎ Reduced fabrication rework by 80% at fit up and reduced plant in-process area COPQ by 40%.
∎ Observation information to respective department and reject material if not meet the standard requirement and if needed raise NCR for quality records.
∎ Checking random inspection fabrication fit-up/ welding/ painting inspection.
∎ Quality documents send to respective Project team based on quality material inspection/ based on material shipment.
∎ Arrange NDT UT/MPI and TPI quality inspector for the Welding and Final Inspection.
∎ Final MRB (Quality Dossier) submitted to client complied with all inspection document and Code-1 approved procedures.
∎ Giving ideas to resolve, if having any fabrication issue.
∎ Visit site and checking the site hazard work and safety requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Giving proper communication to client and project site.
∎ Conduct the internal audit as per the audit schedule.
∎ Observe non-conformity during internal audit recorded that and raise NCR need & record as well as close the all NCR prior to conduct External audit.
∎ ASNT & NDT procedures.
∎ Preparing audit schedule
∎ Co-operate with external auditor at the time external audit, if observed NCR will close as agreed.
