Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the quality control process for fans, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection, to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
∎ Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols to assess the performance, durability, and safety of fans.
∎ Conduct thorough inspections and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
∎ Investigate and analyze product defects, customer complaints, and returns related to fans and collaborate with the production team to identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and implement necessary changes in the manufacturing process.
∎ Continuously review and refine quality control processes, procedures, and documentation to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy.
∎ Train and guide quality control technicians on quality control procedures, product specifications, and testing methods.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality records to ensure compliance with relevant quality control regulations and standards, such as ISO certifications.
∎ Collaborate with the procurement team to assess and evaluate suppliers' quality performance.
∎ Prepare regular reports and metrics on quality control performance, defect rates, and key quality indicators and present findings to management and recommend strategies for improvement.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques and technologies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have experience (minimum 5~7 years) on Electric fan quality control and RnD activities
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Quality Management System (QMS)
