∎ At least 6 year(s)

Compliance, Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and lead entire QC dept.
∎ Assure quality of construction works and materials.
∎ Daily project visit is essential to ensure quality works and materials.
∎ Help project engineers & site supervisors to attain quality projects & quality works.
∎ Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
∎ Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
∎ Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.
∎ Monitor total safety of the project
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):QC, QC & Compliance, Quality controlling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Developer, Group of Companies
∎ Worked as a quality controller in big projects
∎ Experience in quality controller as a consultant engineer in big projects will have advantage
∎ Minimum 6 years in a similar position with reputed Real Estate/ Govt/ Group of companies.
∎ Experience of high-rise projects preferably with basements will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with project engineers.
∎ Clear perception about the quality of construction works.
∎ Clear perception about the safety of construction works.
Salary: Negotiable
