Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduates or Masters degree of any discipline can be substituted for experience but Agricultural degree are preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the complete procurement function to ensure timely & cost-effective acquisition of raw materials ensuring best quality as per applicable standards.
∎ Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement manufacturing raw materials to successfully manage a highly fluctuating market demand.
∎ Responsible for developing effective supplier base/best vendor, maintaining efficient business relationship and conduct periodic assessment/review of supplier performance.
∎ Seasonal effect analysis to fulfil pick seasons demand & effective procurement plan, analyze the seasonality of FG demand & raw price.
∎ Ensuring delivery of all RM/PM material of business according to MRP plan.
∎ Ensure urgent and additional requirements delivery as per production requirement.
∎ Market analysis and collecting of various sources of supply of various types of procuring materials.
∎ Sourcing of capable suppliers ensuring effective procurement of quality materials with competitive price by way of effective negotiation and obtain management approval of each procurement.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years' experience is as purchasing Manager/Asst. Manager in reputed feed mills. Experience in procurement rules and regulations.
∎ Fluency in English both written and verbal.
∎ Good Interpersonal Skill
∎ Computer Literacy is a must.
