Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and Work at procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production·
∎ Effectively setup and manage all types of inventory, efficient logistics planning.
∎ Manage supplier’s relationships for an efficient procurement process to meet business needs with strong negotiating skills.
∎ Maintain relationships and work closely with commercial, Finance, and Accounts teams, vendors, government agencies, and regulatory agencies to optimize processes and business objectives.
∎ Develop and implement strategies and plans to improve the supply chain and reduce costs and reliable stock and improve delivery management systems and Identify and develop technologies to improve processes and reduce costs.
∎ Comparative statement preparation.
∎ Purchase order/work order preparation.
∎ Purchase bill prepare and checking for payment.
∎ Vendor /supplier list preparation.
∎ Sourcing for new vendor/suppliers from time to time.
∎ Ensure on time delivery of the goods as required by the mill authority.
∎ Guide & supervise all purchasers.
∎ To prepare various kinds of statement as per requirements of the management.
∎ Monthly purchase statement preparation.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
