Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from reputed university.
∎ PMP certification is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & supervise project team and coordinate all stakeholders (architect, consultant, contractor, sub-contractor & suppliers) to ensure timely execution of projects.
∎ Ensure all scheduled works are delivered on-time and within budget.
∎ Tracking resources allocation into the project and budget variations and take corrective actions.
∎ Develop and maintain relationship with the all internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Measure project risk and take appropriate actions to minimize risks.
∎ Ensure work quality at all stages of construction works.
∎ To conduct project review and create detailed project reports in Gantt charts and share with Management of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 10-15 years working experience in relevant field is preferable.
∎ Good communication and stakeholder management skill.
Salary: Negotiable
