Job Responsibilities:
∎ An Experienced engineer for full time supervision of Smart Duplex City at Sirajdhikhan, Munshigonj, who is responsible for the whole project.
∎ To lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technical Supporting Staffs independently.
∎ To collect the drawings from design division after check, the drawing then supply at site.
∎ To supervise and monitor the total activities of the structural and finishing work as per drawing, design.
∎ To maintain an expert team work system to obtain standard quality of work and efficient Progress in work.
∎ To get fruitful progress advises the contractors to develop their working method and report the bottlenecks of the work to the Executive Director (E&C) in time.
∎ To Co-ordinate and conduct the weekly meeting in every week, at site. Meeting day and time should be fixed in a week. Week should be count after the meeting day. End of the week site in change will submit the weekly work program with the achievement of the work program at last week.
∎ To Co-ordinate and conduct the monthly meeting with all sit supervising staffs, contractors and to arrange training secession randomly.
∎ To Co-ordinate the purchase, logistic support, electrical, MIS, marketing dept. and also credit realization department as per the project need.
∎ To submit monthly fund flow as per work schedule at Executive Director (E&C), for the very beginning of the project start.
∎ To make a weekly written report of bottlenecks for forwarding to Executive Director (E&C).
∎ To monitor the daily activities of site engineer according to site Program/ Schedule.
∎ To ensure the permanent work layout as it excels the correct line and level and the materials and workmanship comply with the specification.
∎ To record and check the progress of the work against the weekly and monthly program.
∎ To supervise the quality of work and to check the quality of work.
∎ To prepare, analyze and check the estimation of structural work.
∎ To check overall items of R.C.C casting to get standard quality of workmanship and work-done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have sound knowledge on execution of all types of structural and finishing works of the residential buildings.
∎ Have good knowledge on interior drawing and execution all types of interior work as per approval and requirement.
∎ Have ability to communicate with management both verbally and written in English.
