∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Factory Manager in preparation of monthly, weekly and shift-wise production schedule
∎ Ensure availability of resources required to meet production targets
∎ Resolve issues related to production and yield
∎ Compile production MIS on a regular basis
∎ Resolve issues related to raw material processing and finished goods production
∎ Monitor and correct deviations to technical and process specification on the production floor
∎ Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and identify potential issues and improvement areas in this respect
∎ Ensure adherence to quality specifications through regular monitoring of quality reports and issue resolution
∎ Coordinate with Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance In-charges to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of plant
∎ Develop reportees by providing them appropriate training and coaching opportunities
∎ Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees to enable work-life balance

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-10 years of experience in cement manufacturing with at least 1-2 years in similar role
