∎ B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any reputed University;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and monitor Electrical & Electronics maintenance works of all machineries and equipments.
∎ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of electrical equipment in the plant
∎ Assess maintenance needs of all electrical equipments
∎ Ensure effective maintenance of electrical equipment through regular monitoring of maintenance activities
∎ Monitor performance against targets set for electrical maintenance metrics
∎ Prepare schedule for any shut-down required for preventive maintenance of electrical equipment
∎ Develop reportees by providing them appropriate training and coaching opportunities
∎ Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees to enable work-life balance

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of experience in a maintenance role in manufacturing set-up with at least 3-4 years in Cement manufacturing
