∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Bachelor degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
∎ Robust understanding of supply chain concepts, inventory management, and production planning
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Responsible for leading the PMC operations, including order planning, materials and supplier management, and monitoring production output to adjust processes and meet deadlines
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the manufacturing industry
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
∎ Proficient in the use of ERP/MRP II/MES applications, preferably with experience in the QAD system

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for master production planning, updates, and material resource planning
∎ Proactively fine-tune production plans and updates to maximize production capacity utilization and output.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments on master scheduling, on-time finished goods delivery to customer orders, and material control management.
∎ Achieve the company's key performance indicators KPIs (SO order, PO and Production planning)
∎ Demonstrate independence, analytical thinking, dynamism, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Closely collaborate with the PRC PMC team to plan and forecast material requirements based on demand projections.
