Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree, preferably in Management/Business Studies or relevant discipline. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a professional certification in Supply Chain Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is mainly responsible for following-up and performing different procurement as per requirement from different sector and develop specifications for equipment, materials and printing supplies to be purchased or printing as per SC policy. S/he will coordinate with different field and sub offices and provide support to all offices for maintaining smooth procurement system and process as per policy. S/he will provide assistance to internal and external auditor, consultants, Researchers, Donors and other visitors with information, documents and make necessary coordination.
∎ S/he carries out this role in support of ongoing development programs as well as emergency preparedness and humanitarian relief.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, transportation and distribution, customs clearing, warehouse management, and stock management, including 3 years in management position. Any supervisory role or managing a procurement team is highly desirable.
∎ Experience in category management i.e., construction, medical equipment's, and logistics in emergency response highly desirable.
∎ Responsible for managing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize the procurement process and drive cost savings.
∎ The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP systems for procurement, such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa, to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
∎ Experience working with international NGOs desirable.
∎ Experience in the distribution of both food and non-food items.
∎ Experience working with local commodities transporters.
∎ Good supportive supervision skills
∎ Hands-on computer (MS Office) operating skills
