Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the complete procurement function to ensure timely & cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, consumables & spare parts, ensuring best quality as per applicable standards.
∎ Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement manufacturing raw materials to successfully manage a highly fluctuating market demand.
∎ Responsible for overseeing Demand Planning, Inventory Turnover and Control / Stock Count, Material Movement and Cost Analysis, Trend Analysis, Maintain Stock Re-order Level/Safety Stock, Market Intelligence.
∎ Responsible for developing effective supplier base/best vendor, maintaining efficient business relationship and conduct periodic assessment/review of supplier performance.
∎ Strategy development, planning, execute, coordinate, monitor and manage of supply chain (Procurement, Store & Distribution) for local and foreign procurement.
∎ Continually coordinate with factories, commercial team, warehouse manager, sales and marketing team to manage information flow of SCM.
∎ Seasonal effect analysis to fulfill pick seasons demand & effective procurement plan, analyze the seasonality of FG demand & raw price.
∎ Ensuring delivery of all RM/PM material of business according to MRP plan.
∎ Ensure urgent and additional requirements delivery as per production requirement.
∎ Market analysis and collecting of various sources of supply of various types of procuring materials.
∎ Sourcing of capable suppliers ensuring effective procurement of quality materials with competitive price by way of effective negotiation and obtain management approval of each procurement.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Frozen Industry
