∎ Skills Required: Comunication, Negotiation Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Freight, Airport Operations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Negotiate rate with different airlines for making convenient of services and profitability of the company.
∎ Prepare all Airlines Sales Report fortnightly.
∎ Ensure proper space booking with different Airlines in consultation with Air Freight Department and coordinated with the Airlines about the rate and best possible service with comparison.
∎ Coordinate with Airport Operation and Airlines for cargo status, planning.
∎ Following up with Airport Operation shipment handover to airlines on time and AWB execution.
∎ Despatcher ex DAC follow-up. Transport Management System update Gateway part.
∎ Immediate response to the rate query which may arise from sales air freight department.
∎ e-Booking in airline system.
∎ Maintain Airlines MAWB stock.
∎ Transit shipment, split, delay and missing cases follow up.
∎ Various report preparation and achieve them for internal use.
