Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge on different types of medicine.
∎ Ordering pharmacy supplies and controlling the inventory on a daily basis.
∎ Overseeing sales assistants, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other pharmacy employees.
∎ Appointing and training new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts.
∎ Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience.
∎ Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
∎ Handling customer complaints and special requests.
∎ Troubleshoot emergencies.
∎ Ensure company's policies and security requirements are met.
∎ Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the reception area.
