Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ DVM/ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering,Having an MBA will get advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Feed Mill, Flour Mill, Hatchery, Poultry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the Factory activities and coordinate accordingly.
∎ Develop and implement strategic planning to improve operational efficiency.
∎ Co-ordinate with production department for improving their working procedures.
∎ Ensure good understanding and coordination with all departments.
∎ Reduce production cost by reducing wastage rate.
∎ Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of plant machinery .
∎ Monitor quality control team to reduce wastage ratio.
∎ Analyze production, inventory and stock status and regular report to the management.
∎ Properly handle all kinds of regulatory, Authority, Autonomous, relevant govt. semi govt. and private company affairs.
∎ Managing Industrial Conflicts (considering the threshold and optimum level).
∎ Maintain Factory hygiene and cleanliness.
∎ Security arrangement as per requirement Formulate of different policies Ensure security & safety of the factory premises in coordination with Security Department.
∎ Handling the accidents and such cases, manage, coordination with relevant govt. offices and law enforcing agencies.
∎ Ensure timely reporting to Top Management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)
