Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the entire activity of the newly established factory operations - production, quality, maintenance and other operational units.
∎ Analyze production data and making strategic recommendations to the decision makers.
∎ Oversee the activities of production personnel to ensure efficient and safe work operations.
∎ Conduct assessment of plant operational procedures to identify areas of inefficiency and initiate action plans for improvement.
∎ Liaise with the quality control department to make sure products meet set production specifications.
∎ Allocate and manage resources in order to achieve optimal standards, performance and productivity.
∎ Engage with relevant external stakeholders through visiting and involving them as technology expansion partners.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years experience in preferably in Animal Health product manufacturing plant.
∎ Strong knowledge and expertise in factory operations.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Entrepreneurial mindset
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent managerial skills
∎ Readiness to shift near factory area.
