∎ BBA/ MBA in Marketing/ Management or any equivalent qualification.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, planning and time management skills.
∎ Searching and selecting suitable place for Mall/outlet.
∎ Planning Manpower, Interior & Furniture for new outlet.
∎ Develop and implement the strategies to grow organization's business.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to lead the Sales & Marketing team of the Mall/Showroom-Consumer Goods. He/She will be responsible for the team of business development and marketing operations for business growth.
∎ Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and planning for next course of actions.
∎ Managing existing and new business development, Customer Service and Relationship Management.
∎ The candidate will be responsible of achieving monthly and annual sales targets through his business development team as planned by the company's management.
∎ Willing to work in Direct Sales, Retail Sales and Corporate Sales of Consumer Goods.
∎ Administer sales force in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement, analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with all channel partners within the assigned region.
∎ Selecting all potential consumer items/goods for outlet and Strong Negotiation skill with all Vendors/Suppliers/Manufacturers.
∎ Maintain Strong network with all corporate SCM that are related with supply of salable consumer goods in outlet.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Min 10 years in Similar Field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate purchase, Bulk Purchase, Outlet/mall Operation, Promotional activities, corporate sales, retail sales, team operation, SCM, Business Negotiation and Contract.
∎ Must have 10 years working experience in One Stop Mall/Branded Outlet operation of consumer goods.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
∎ Excellent Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
∎ Self-Starter, Target /Result Oriented.
∎ Must have computer knowledge- MS-Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
