Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university. (Preferable from Public University)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advise Plant Manager on the issues of production, operation, maintenance and revenue that may help to attain company goal and objective.
∎ Preparing daily and monthly operation and maintenance reports showing information regarding plant efficiency, heat rate, lube oil consumption, fuel consumption, power outputs, scheduled/ unscheduled outage factor and operational trend capability.
∎ Operating all equipment with all compliances.
∎ Assist Plant Manager in performing target setting in plant capacity, availability and efficiency of the plant.
∎ Plan and schedule the operations of the power generating units to prepare the shift assignments of all operational personnel.
∎ Implementing the standard operating procedures for the safe operations of the power generating sets.
∎ Guide bunker personnel all full related issues.
∎ Maintenance, trouble shooting of engine based power plants.
∎ Ensuring proper schedule maintenance and other of plant machinery carried out in time.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
∎ Plan with the Plant Manager regarding upcoming maintenance and raise spare requisition for that.
∎ Ensuring work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any electrical/mechanical job.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Group of Companies
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in power plants.
∎ Experience in HFO based Power Plants (specially operating/ maintaining MAN Diesel & Turbo Engines)
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Should be courageous, intelligent and vigilant.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication skill
